From restoring miniature homes to supporting big causes, The Penny House exists to prove that creativity can build community - one tiny home at a time.

At The Penny House, we believe even the smallest homes can make the biggest impact. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we restore forgotten dollhouses and miniature homes, transforming them into beautifully crafted works that inspire creativity, support charitable causes, and bring communities together. Each restoration gives new life to something once overlooked while creating opportunities to give back in meaningful ways.

Our work combines hands-on restoration, community workshops, and charitable partnerships. Restored dollhouses are donated for nonprofit auctions, raffles, fundraising events, and educational programming — supporting causes that strengthen the communities we call home. By blending craftsmanship with compassion, we create projects that are both imaginative and impactful.

The Penny House is also committed to youth engagement and creative learning. Through workshops, mentorship, and our Youth Advisory Council, young people ages 10–18 participate in restoration projects, share ideas for community programs, and learn the value of service, teamwork, and giving. We are proud to encourage the next generation of artists, makers, and community leaders through creative experiences that foster confidence and connection.
